BIDaaS: Single channel enrolment, multi channel functionality

AimVoice is part of AimBrain’s Biometric Identity as-a-Service, or BIDaaS, platform.

Our APIs integrate easily into your existing web or mobile apps, and all voice data is captured within your enterprise architecture. Our server-side authentication model converts the raw voice data as it hits our server wall, where it becomes an encrypted and pseudonymised version of a user’s voice, and the original data deleted.

Any future voice requests, from any channel, are simply sent to our server where the new encrypted, pseudonymised request is compared to the original template. We then send an in-session, risk-based assessment that the user is who they say they are. If it falls under your risk threshold, the user is denied access or you can step-up to facial authentication / your own authentication mechanism.

Give your users a consistent experience across whichever channel they choose.
